Kevin certainly added value to the transaction as I was selling my late sister’s longtime home while living on the West Coast. Kevin is adaptable and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Kevin made the process of buying a new home and selling our existing home seamless, stress-free, and fun! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the West Hartford market and was also so responsive throughout our house searching and the selling of our home. He is willing to go above and beyond for his clients, and he does it all with such a calm and positive demeanor. It was a pleasure to work with him. We highly recommend Kevin Eagan!

Tell Kevin when we sell this house he’s already got the listing. I cannot say enough about how incredible he was! Everything was championship caliber. EVERYTHING! He was able to communicate very effectively with us and our 24-year-old son. We could not be there for some showings, and he handled it. He was always on time and always got back to us immediately. I didn’t even need to be there for some very important steps; Kevin handled it. I still can’t get over how easy and seamless this was, and I know I can still contact Kevin for any issue I may still have. Thanks, Kevin!

Kevin is the ultimate professional. I’ve used him both on a buy and a sell. I could not have asked for more from an agent; Kevin is not only an excellent real estate agent, but a nice person.
