Integrity, honesty and service are three principles that are central to my business and my life. I want my clients to know that I have their best interest at heart. I want them to know as much about real estate as possible. I love educating first time buyers or sellers, the extra time spent is well worth the outcome. If the house they want to purchase may pose a problem on resale they will know it! If there is a better option for them I will find it! If my seller can get a higher price by "staging" their home I will tell them even if they think their house is perfect. That is where honesty and integrity come into play. It can be easier to price a house lower but that is not necessarily in the best interest of the client.
