In my 32 years as a realtor I have had the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people, many who have now become lifelong friends. My first purchase opened my eyes to the world of real estate and I have been hooked since!
Integrity, honesty and service are three principles that are central to my business and my life. I want my clients to know that I have their best interest at heart. I want them to know as much about real estate as possible. I love educating first time buyers or sellers, the extra time spent is well worth the outcome. If the house they want to purchase may pose a problem on resale they will know it! If there is a better option for them I will find it! If my seller can get a higher price by "staging" their home I will tell them even if they think their house is perfect. That is where honesty and integrity come into play. It can be easier to price a house lower but that is not necessarily in the best interest of the client.
I pride myself in being open to communication, the give and take that comes along in a client relationship, tell me what is on your mind, I want to hear it!
Moving is one of life's major stressors, I hope you will appreciate the humor that I will bring along to help you through this transition in your life.
I have been in this business since 1981 and have lived through, doubling prices of the mid 80s, the "crash of 1987" the stagnant market of the early 90s, the rapidly increasing early 2000s, the mortgage meltdown of 2008 and the long recovery since. What does this have to do with you? I have represented clients in all types of market situations and know that things will definately change and how to adapt to the present market conditions to get you the best results possible.
