After getting a Masters Degree from college, Candace taught fourth and seventh grades. She then moved to corporate America with a marketing position with the largest beverage alcohol company, Seagram. For sixteen years, Candace moved up the ladder with varying positions in both sales and marketing. Seagram ended up selling off all of its premium brands.
Always loving real estate and successfully buying, renovating and selling homes, Candace decided to get her real estate license 23 years ago. She was Rookie of the Year her first year and has won many of her company's highest awards. The chairman chose her to sell his home in Southport, which Candace accomplished within a week of listing it.
Candace prides herself on providing exemplary customer service to all her clients. Almost all of her business comes from people she has worked with previously. This is a huge sense of pride for Candace. Candace has finished in the top half of 1% of all agents in the Berkshire Hathaway national network, which covers 35,000 realtors. Her clients are her best advertisement!
