Over more than a decade of working in local real estate, I have developed talent and expertise negotiating and closing deals on listings, large and small and in all price ranges, in Weston, Westport and Wilton, Connecticut — whether in the center of town, at the beach, on sweeping estates or deep in the woods.

My design and photography skills enable me to create impactful, effective marketing materials, and I pride myself on my ability to offer insightful advice to buyers considering property updates, as well as sellers preparing their homes for sale. I am particularly adept at working within budgets to help sellers effectively market their homes, by offering updating and staging advice, as well as connecting buyers and sellers to local reputable licensed contractors.

Having lived in Weston for over 25 years, I value being an engaged citizen and offer an insider’s knowledge of the area. My children attended Weston’s public schools (k-12), and I volunteered in the schools, sports and scouts programs, and as co-producer of Weston’s high school drama program, Company.  Politically, I served on Weston’s Assessment Board of Appeals.  Ask me how property taxes are calculated! Additionally, I served as a Director for the Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors and have developed an enduring rapport with fellow agents.

A passionate world traveler and photographer, I grew up in Westchester County, lived in Manhattan for eight years, France for one year, and have lived in Weston since 1990 (commuting to NYC for nine of those years) with my husband and two children (now grown).

Many buyers start their process going from one open house to another.  But, if you are looking to maximize your time and effort, I recommend that you select a Buyers’ Agent to work on your behalf who has a thorough knowledge of the community.

Connecticut state law affords buyers the unique advantage of being able to work with a Buyers’ Agent and sign an “Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer/Renter and Confidentiality Agreement” with a Broker.
