I don't do Roller Coasters...I do Real Estate instead :-}
I have a BS in Math and Computer Science and the skills I gained in school have come in handy while navigating the complicated world of real estate. I love teaching first time buyers or renters the way to go about getting the best financial option and still meet their needs. I naturally want to help people and I'm thrilled when I help buyers and renters find the right match.
I love looking at houses... the new... the old... the odd... and the 'perfect'. Even when I travel, I'm looking at homes and architecture. My home is filled with art work that is home or architecture related. I would love to see your home, help you price it competitively and then list it. I'm eager to pass on the knowledge I've gathered from holding many open houses and learning what home buyers want and what scares them away. I can share that advice and help you sell your home as quick as possible.
My dad was the 'original flipper' :-} so if that is your interest, I'd be glad to help you find a home that's the best deal on the market so you can provide the love and care it needs. I'm happy to look at an old homes and discuss what can be done to renovate it and resell it at the best profit possible using actual comparisons to backup the projections.
My husband and I have rented a couple of apartments, lost a bid, bought a home, listed it, lost a buyer, sold a home, bought land and built a custom home. As Power of Attorney for a 95 year old Uncle in a convalescent home, I am responsible for his condo. So I have survived Dad's rehab projects and experienced all of the exciting opportunities within the world of real estate.
I'm best known for providing the full picture of the real estate market you are interested in and providing spreadsheets with the data you need. I jokingly say I work 24/7... this is more than a full time job for me... this real estate career is an obsession ;-}
