Hi! I’m Diana Singer. After years of personal growth exploring various careers and life chapters, I now use my skills and my heart to help home buyers and sellers in every generation accomplish their goals. I do that in the two places I know and love best…..my home of 28 years in the Edgemont school district in Scarsdale (PO) New York, and my current home for the past three years in Stamford, CT.
Prior to beginning my career in real estate, I spent 10 years as an Executive Director of senior living communities in both Westchester county and Fairfield county, was a successful entrepreneur for many years before that, and an advertising executive before that! I am proof positive that we all have many talents within us and chapters to play out in life. I have found that my most recent experience in senior living has blended well with real estate to help seniors problem solve when they begin to ponder the next housing step…..selling a home and downsizing (or even upsizing) or making a move to some type of senior living, and to market and sell estate properties.
My greatest joy comes from time spent with my family – my husband Doug, my two children, Mike and Katie, and our many friends. Both of our children travelled the halls and classrooms of the Greenville school and Edgemont Jr./Sr. High School and count their days in Edgemont among their most treasured memories. School sports, summer camps, dance lessons, concerts and school plays, trips to Congregation Kol Ami for Hebrew school, sleep overs, and of course many Friday night pizza dinners with friends peppered our days throughout those years.
At our Stamford home I recently dug and planted a native plant garden to encourage the birds, bees and butterflies to visit. I also enjoy walks by the beach, tracking my daily "steps" and cooking something new every chance I get…mostly plants!
Every buyer and seller has their own unique set of needs, wants and goals. It is my pleasure to help each one of them, through the process from start to finish to help them achieve those goals.
