It’s all about relationships. My experiences as an Investment Advisor taught me the need to listen to clients and understand their needs and objectives. Helping clients find the right home or the right buyer for their current home is an incredibly rewarding experience.
In 2013 I joined Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services, working with agents in the marketing of their properties for sale. I specialized in photographing homes in the best possible light, then using those photographs to produce video and print media for advertising the property through multiple media sources. Listening to the client and understanding the things that are important to them is essential in presenting a property.
My knowledge of the Norwalk market comes from 20+ years as a resident. My understanding of market forces and economic factors comes from over thirty years in the investment industry as both an analyst and portfolio manager primarily with the JPMorgan Private Bank.
I have a MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BA from the University of Saint Joseph. I am a past member of the Norwalk Historical Commission and am active in the archaeology program at Norwalk Community College. I am also a board member of the Saint Francis School Foundation, a member of the CFA Institute, a board member and officer of the Archaeology Club at NCC, and a member of the Archaeology Society of Connecticut.
My goal is to provide my clients with the best possible experience during their search for a new home or the sale of their current home. Together we can make it happen.
