I love the business of real estate, because of the people I have met over the years and the relationships I have developed. There is no greater satisfaction to me, than helping clients sell their homes for the highest possible price or in helping clients find their dream home. Client satisfaction is my number 1 priority!

I use technology to market your home and give it the best exposure on the internet. I have my own personal website  as well as my enhanced Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties site .  Your home will be posted on as many sites as possible to get you the very best internet exposure.  After we have a contract on your home, I will keep you informed every step of the way and stay in constant touch with the selling agent to make sure that the transaction goes smoothly.

If you are buying a home, I will stay on top of the market for you so that you don't miss out on homes that may be of interest to you. Because I listen to what you tell me about your wants and needs, I find that I can zero in on what you are looking for fairly quickly, so that we are not out wasting your time bringing you to homes that are not what you are looking for.  If you are a first time buyer, I will explain the process of buying real estate to you from beginning to end, so that there are no surprises and will help you find the best possible home that fits your criteria.

Because I have been in the business for 26 years, I work with mortgage officers, attorneys and inspectors that make the whole transaction go smoothly.  As one of my clients ( a first time homebuyer ) just said, in response to her friends who told her that the process of buying a home was a nightmare, " I don't know what they are talking about.
