I am a full time real estate agent dedicated to assisting you through the buying and / or selling process; a necessary procedure to accomplish your real estate goals. I am licensed in the State of Connecticut with a focus on Fairfield County. I feature areas such as Belltown, Glenbrook, Springdale, Newfield / Pepper Ridge, Turn of River, Westover, Cove, Shippan and North Stamford. I also work extensively in Norwalk, Fairfield, Darien, Trumbull and will happily search out and show any property meeting your established criteria. The Art of Listening 

It’s universal.  Listening is key. 

Be it learning in school, sports, business or real estate. You must gather the facts and formulate the best method of approach. My former career managing business aspects within the publishing industry centered on customer satisfaction. I, basically, was the last line of execution (vendor side) before the customer received product or service. Making things happen timely and correctly was how I succeeded. I have transferred and built upon these skills within my Real Estate career. 

Accomplishing this is not the easiest task; as third parties, often times, have their hand in the process. Understanding what the customer requirements are separates me from other representatives. Having a frank discussion about needs, likes, dislikes and being realistic is a valuable tool. It creates a guide for action. While tending to be aggressive, I also consider more conservative approaches to particular situations. You, as a client, need to embrace the fact that you have selected me to help you reach your goal. I represent you. Every situation is different and I have traveled this road before. I simply want to apply what I’ve learned to actions that satisfy your requirements. It’s definitely a team effort. 

Don’t be afraid to lay it out on the table. This is what “discussing” is all about. Once you establish what the “MUST HAVES” are, we can strategize and move forward. This is the value of listening. We want to get it right the first time.

I am pleased to report increased "looking" activity with many searches culminating in a "buy." We have turned the corner. I am also optimistic that this will continue, albeit slow. As the number of available properties stabilize, placing your home on the market now may be a prudent move. Likewise, buying now can be advantageous before prices  and interest rates climb once again. It’s interesting to note that even during a much publicized market downturn, looking and buying continued. Fairfield County sustained itself. Closings continue to take place. The reality is....there are no miracles awaiting us - just a continued, slow improvement in the Real Estate market. We are very regional and doing better than other areas of the country.
