Hi and welcome to my web page. My intention is to have a web page that is designed as a resource for you whether you are buyer or seller. I want to offer my real estate services to you for sure, but I think we first need to determine what you needs and goals are. I know the current thinking is to promote oneself tirelessly on your web page. I must do at least some of that because I do want to work with you and I need to demonstrate the breath of my experience. But I am not sure how my degree or personal interests are relevant to you right now. Is my preference for cats or dogs really all that important at this point? I would think not. Although I think the video answers that question. But dogs and cats aside, most of this page should be a resource for your benefit!

Ouch! What Mark Twain is talking about is an experience. A particularly bad experience. And unfortunately Mark Twain had a number of awful real estate experiences. I don’t want a real estate transaction to be a painful and a memorably bad experience for you. My goal is to have every seller and buyer I work with to have the best real estate transaction possible. Berkshire Hathaway has a great real estate app for smart phones. It is GPS based and has many functions. For example, if you siting in your car and see a house you like not only can you get all the photos and information about that house, you also get a list of nearby properties that are for sale.
