I will be your trusted adviser.
I understands my clients' needs and the full process involved in all aspects of the real estate transaction. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate agent 14 years ago, I ran an architectural practice in New York City and Larchmont. My real estate and architectural expertise allows me to quickly understand my clients' needs and be their advocate. My familiarity with design and construction assists buyers in seeing the possibilities and understanding their associated costs. My expertise helps sellers get their house ready for sale. In addition, I am an excellent negotiator.
For buyers, my expertise in understanding your real estate wishes, finding the right property for you, and negotiating the deal is unparalleled. For my sellers, I will find the right buyer for you, and try to make the process both timely, profitable and painless.
