Kim was born and raised in the heart of Connecticut, but has spent most of her adult life east of the river. She has three children, two of whom have already graduated and one who is in his final years at South Windsor High School. Having owned and lived in several communities in Vernon, Bolton, South Windsor, and Manchester, Kim has first-hand experience with the neighborhoods, the schools, and the people.
Kim has a life-long history in real estate beginning as a paralegal including helping clients understand the buying and selling process. In 1999, after many years of being a paralegal, as well as owning her own title search company, she became a real estate agent. When the “bubble” burst in 2009, she switched paths and went to work for the State of Connecticut court system. Working side-by-side with different attorneys, judges, and the public, she has seen all different facets of real estate, including housing matters, foreclosures, divorces, and civil litigation. She has seen first-hand what is happening to many area homes suffering from crumbling foundation, as well as property disputes between neighhbors. With her love for real estate rekindled, she welcomes the opportunity to share with you her experience and knowledge once again.
In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family; her husband of the past 4 years, Jeff; their blended family including 7 children (yes, 7!); and their 2 dogs, Shandy and Mitzy. Kim and Jeff especially enjoy traveling. Whether it’s with their dogs to the North Carolina coast, cruising the Caribbean, visiting family, or simply meandering the back roads of New England, they’re always looking forward to the next adventure.
Over the years, buyers and sellers have chosen Kim as their realtor because of her ability to connect to people, her knowledge and experience, ethics, integrity, and her attention to detail. Kim has a positive attitude and has consistently shown her attentiveness and ability to satisfy her clients.
If you choose Kim, she will not let you down. She will work tirelessly on your behalf to help you open the door to your next home.
