For the past 16 years as a Professional Real Estate agent I have provided my clients with the personal, empathetic attention, in-depth understanding of Fairfield County's market and multi-faceted service that is vital to successfully buying or selling a home. My strengths are strong listening and people skills and the ability to quickly discern peoples' needs in terms of lifestyle and price point. Because I have been an area resident for over 29 years I have an in-depth knowledge of Fairfield County and, as a member of three Multiple Listing Boards, including Hudson Gateway (Westchester County) I can show clients homes locally, in Greenwich and lower Fairfield County and in New York.
Being a successful and effective real estate agent means more than just showing houses. It also requires a lot of research. Whether researching Town Hall records, arranging Attorney services, setting up inspections, or making sure the buyer has the full spectrum of information they need, that is all part of my job. Most importantly, my clients know that I am there for them - no matter the time of day. In fact most of my client base comes from other satisfied and happy clients who have referred me.
