Support is provided in determining whether a home qualifies for a short sale through communication with the lender. A New England, New York or Hudson Valley Properties agent will help collect the proper paperwork and submit it to the lender. If it is determined a short sale is needed, the property will be enrolled in our SAF Advantage program. We will then recommend a local attorney to help with the process.
