Bokai speaks Mandarin Chinese, that's the main reason I wanted to work with her to purchase a house. Especially for purchasing a house, it makes it easier for communication. She is very efficient and pleasant to work with. When I emailed to request something she will do it. March 21, after we saw a condo, I didn't like it, I spotted this mobile home online, our schedule that week didn't match to see this mobile home property. I said how about tonight, she agreed. When I saw this mobile home, I loved it and made an offer on March 23. It had so much work after inspection. Bokai worked through it. She assisted me in many ways.
