Laura helped us find the perfect home while we lived in CA. We weren’t able to see the home until after we purchased it but knew we made the right decision. Laura was so informative and made us feel like we were there in person all along.

Where do I even begin? Laura Hoglund's skills as a realtor FAR EXCEED anything we could have hoped for or imagined!! Laura was extremely knowledgeable, informative, patient, persistent, realistic, humorous, understanding, caring, thoughtful, compassionate for over a YEAR!! We were looking during the height of the market where properties were being sold in a day, offers were all cash and hundreds over asking with many contingencies waived. Many times, we tried to "make a house work for us" and Laura was adamant to keep looking despite the fatigue we were experiencing. She was absolutely RIGHT-every time!! Laura knew all the neighborhoods, where the kids were (we have 3 boys) and what we truly needed to make at least a lateral move from our old house. We were shopping from a different state so if we found something online, Laura would look and let us know if it was too small, needed a ton of work or not a good fit for a myriad of reasons. She also suggested many, many, many houses during a time when inventory was at an all time low. Laura helped us with our multiple offers, mortgage brokers, lawyers, and everything in between. Laura helped us make a very fair offer, below ask, that was accepted- unheard of during this crazy time! She even advised us with the sale of our own house since our selling agent was TERRIBLE!!! Knowing the area- since she grew up here, Laura showed us a house that was outside our desired area but it checked off nearly ALL our NUMEROUS boxes. It turns out this area is NOT as far as we thought and we absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new home and where we live!! Our neighborhood seems to be a destination for everyone for block parties, dog walking, bicycle riding, horseback riding, pushing strollers, walking and jogging etc. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. It is a perfect little pocket! Many of our neighbors grew up here or lived in other areas of Fairfield and have decided to move to our area so we know we are in the right spot if they have seen it all and chose this street to live on. We are so happy with our home and the tremendous efforts and guidance Laura gave us for such a long time. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Laura truly cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. I absolutely recommend Laura Hoglund to everyone looking for a house to make their HOME. We love Laura!!

Laura was incredible. Super responsive and so helpful in guiding us through this stressful journey! I truly don’t think we could have survived without her.
