She kept me updated on the status of everything (e.g., showings, feedback, contracts) going on with the house. Phyllis did a very thorough job developing a marketing plan for the sale of our Brookfield home; resulting in a rapid sale above our asking price! Her market knowledge was demonstrated by the appraisal being very close to her recommended asking price, enabling us to complete the transaction with the buyers very satisfactorily. The only suggestion I would offer is the need for closer communication with the buyer's out-of-state realtor and lawyer, and subsequently with my wife and me as the sellers. There were periods where we were not sure of the buyer's status, and we had to initiate inquiries with Phyllis for updates. In fairness, the buyer's agent was not very responsive to anyone, but we rely on our representatives to navigate these situations. Closer communication all around may have reduced the stress of waiting for information regarding the buyer's progress. That said, we would definitely recommend Phyllis.
