Originally from Maine, Allan spent his young adult years in Michigan and the Boston area before settling in central Connecticut with his wife in 2012. With a strong foundation in B2B sales, customer retention, and advertising, he transitioned to real estate in 2016, earning his Realtor license. His decision to enter the real estate field was no surprise to his family. Both his father and uncle retired from a real estate firm in Orono, Maine, while another uncle-his namesake-was also a Realtor. His sister continues the family tradition by managing real estate investments in Massachusetts.
I take the skills learned from the other industries that I have worked in, and apply it to simplifying complex customer situations. I hope to also make finding or selling your next home easy and enjoyable. -Allan
Outside of real estate, Allan is a supportive of, and active in improv comedy in the Hartford, CT area, primarily with Sea Tea Comedy Theater. His experience in comedy not only lightens an otherwise stressful event (buying or selling a home), but also sharpens his ability to think on his feet and adapt to last-minute changes with ease.

Clients can expect that he will be responsive and available, open to a collaborative process, and ready to use the most modern technology to find or list their home.
In my experience, clients don't need you to make a decision for them. What they need is for you to gather the right information for them and present your thoughts based on knowledge so they can feel confident in their OWN decision. -Allan
Allan is the most proud of his activity volunteering and fundraising for non-profit and civic organizations. A portion of each of Allan's transactions is donated to Sunshine Kids, a charity offering opportunities for children suffering from severe illnesses to engage in fun activities with other children going through similar challenges. His annual Comedy Night fundraiser has raised thousands of dollars for children and families. Allan is heavily involved in other local organizations, including the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Council, the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors Board of Directors, and a handful of volunteer roles in the Town of Rocky Hill.

Allan and his wife travel to their "home away from home", a condo in the Dominican Republic. They visit a couple of times a year to unwind and spend time with family. Occasionally, they bring along their "forever puppy", Eva, to join in on the adventure as well.
