I have over 34 years of customer service, client relationship management, procurement management, sales, negotiations, marketing, budgeting, branding, planning, as well as collaborative project management expertise. I have served clients in different industries including retail, fleet management, hotels, airlines, banking, and higher education to name a few. I have served in profit and not for profit organizations wearing many different hats. All my experiences and relationships with clients have flourished positively because of my genuine interest in their needs, allowing them to work with a naturally- engaging authentic person.
My fascination with real estate began in 1984 when I walked through an unlocked front door to see my childhood home completely renovated before being sold; it was unrecognizable. I saw a complete transformation of the interior as they gutted (what I called home) and prepared it to go on the market. This new process opened my eyes to interior design, aesthetics, and landscaping for curb appeal; this can create a sense of pride and external interest in a place you call home. It had been months since my mom packed us kids up as we had to move into a 2-bedroom bungalow with my grandma. It was a sad day when we had to leave our house back in 1984, but a very invigorating, emotional experience watching my mom go to her first closing and come back with keys to a new home of our own.
