She went above and beyond to help on things that fall out of her typical responsibilities, e.g. she helped coordinate fixes on the property, transitions in the utilities once the old tenant left, and would frequently check on the property to make sure it stayed in good showing condition. She was professional throughout and was personally invested in having a good outcome for our family. We would not hesitate to go with her again.
